“The lobby area was basic and nice. The rooms and elevators are dated. The gym was adequate. The location is conveniently located off the highway and beside Target and several restaurants which is why I chose it. Oddly they are located in a more remote suburban area on a large hill off the freeway and they CHARGE FOR PARKING which is strange because they are not located in an area where paid parking is NOT a thing. They are not in the city center or by airport where one would expect to pay……

“Room was big and fit our family well. Beds were comfy and we slept great. Breakfast had limited options and was very picked over by 9am. Wasn’t sure how to order a coffee in the lobby as there was no one there making drinks. ”

“The bar seemed well stocked. The lobby was very clean and the staff were SUPER nice. The room was clean but our shampoo and conditioner dispenser was completely empty. I feel like for the price you pay to stay here, they could at least include a free grab and go breakfast at the very least. I am not paying $10+ extra for a grab and go. ”

“I arrived early because I had a wedding to attend. We flew in from NY. I asked if we could check in and I was told that check in is at 4pm. Which I understand but I just explained that I had to attend a wedding at 4pm. The lady at the front desk was annoyed and rude. Then she proceed to tell me that my room wasn’t ready but I with face to pay an early check in fee. I don’t not have an issue with paying a fee for checking in early. What I do have an issue with is the young ladies attitude and how……

“Granted, we were only there for 14 hours, but they might want to do a general grounda clean-up. Grounds were ragged. Interior spaces need a little TLC. Caulk some stuff. But the breakfast was great. If you're just passing thorough, it'll do. Extended stay, maybe not.”
