“Excellent location - staff was very welcoming and helpful .”

“The property is lovely but: 1. Everything was closed at 8 pm. We hiked the trail and showered and went for dinner and got home for a swim or relaxing Turkish bath… closed. 2. Gorgeous breakfast… however we came early to have a simple coffee and light fruit then returned to room to get our luggage ready for transfer. Came back to have a breakfast and an elderly male manager questioned us why we came back if we already had been there. He was terribly offensive. I would never return to this……

“Ausgezeichnetes, vielfältiges Frühstück.”

“A lovely place, with nice pools. Lovely accommodation and breakfast. A 2 km journey in to town”

“Great kitchen and back yard, right in town on quiet street close to restaurants and beaches.”

“Clean rooms”

“What a lovely oasis after days on the trail. Staff super helpful and kindly made a breakfast bag for us when we were leaving too early for the set breakfast time. Sweet quiet rural setting. The UBER from town was easy to book but only at the last minute.”

“Petit coin de paradis!”

“Beautiful property! A bit out of the way. If I returned would stay in Luz. No desk person was ever there except for check in. Always felt safe. Parking was great. The breakfast staff was wonderful and so was the breakfast. In your room there is a notice about not eating in your room as it would attract ants. I found this annoying and thought unrealistic on their part. Who doesn’t eat or have snacks when away in their room? A worker sealed and sprayed the room opposite to us when we were there. We……

“The vibe was so calm and relaxing. The breakfasts had a huge variety of food, and were tasty. The beds were less firm than usual Portuguese standards, but quite firm by UK standards. The pool was a delightful respite from daily life and as it was quiet, we often had the whole space to ourselves. The staff were lovely. The local town was a bit quiet, and developing in tourism. But the hotel offered free bikes to go and explore. A lovely place to stay for deep relaxation over a long weekend, and……

“When we arrived at the property we were informed the keys to the room were at the ain hotel reception which was 15 minutes walk away. This was very inconvenient as we had just finished a 12 mile hike. If we were older and infirmed this could have been a major problem. It could have been easily solved by having a key safe installed at the property and supplying a code this saving a 30 minute round walk. This problem is not highlighted when you book the room”

“Gute Unterkunft, mit nettem Personal. Die zu,,er sind klein aber ausreichend.”

“Good location”

“Ein wunderschöner Ort mit tollem Apartment mit Dachterrasse, Kochnische, gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten, großem Bad, tolle Schlafzimmer. Alles sehr sauber, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr freundliches, herzliches Personal. Sehr leckeres Frühstück. Auf dem ganzen Fischweg war dieses Apartment die schönste Unterkunft für uns. Danke, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!”

“Great place”
