Windos propt open with wooden dowels, taps you have to rotate a few times before you get any meaningful water out (both hot and cold). The mixer tap in the bath for showers had a nut missing to hold the handle from coming off in your hand. Same problem with getting water as per the sink. No thermostat control so temperature fluctuates constantly. Fan in the room……
