「The staff, especially Teresa and Stephanie were extremely helpful. Teresa helped explain the pet fee issue. We stayed 6 nights and we're charged a 100 per cleaning fee as a one time charge and 70 more in pet fees. Make sure you know the total amount you will be charged for your pet. This was adjusted down for me by Teresa to an acceptable amount but was never explained when I made two phone calls prior to my stay. Furthermore, don't expect to speak to the G. Manager, Mr. Gallow.
