“This is the second time my family has stayed here and both times have been wonderful experiences! Communication from the owners was top tier both times! Would definitely recommend this spot. ”

“Pros: The property manager (Mckayla) was attentive, kind, and quick to respond. The place was clean, the A/C was ice cold (awesome for sleep and after going to the beach), the couch was super comfortable, and there was a balcony for me to enjoy my morning coffee on. The kitchen area had everything a person could need which was a nice plus. We were right across the street from the beach which made for easy coming and going at our leisure. We were also within walking distance of food and gift shop……

“We liked the condo and enjoyed our stay. It was cute and cozy. You can’t see the beach from the condo but it is a very short walk to the beach. There are public beach access spots across the street. There is a rinse off shower under the building making it easy to clean up before heading ba k up to the condo. We enjoyed getting to sit out on the deck and eat. IThe condo was clean though a bit dated and some maintenance was lacking. Some of the ceiling fans would not work or would work at random……

“The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen was fully equpiied. Great view from the balcony. Would recommend more lighting in the rooms. There is a dehumidifier in the unit which ran constantly. Very loud.”

“We stayed here 4/5 nights, 1st night we noticed the property was disgusting on the outside and looked like it hadn’t been touched in ages. The golf cart was disgusting and broken in multiple spots, the inside was disgusting, reeked of wet dog and pee. The floors were coming up in certain spots and in the bathroom the shower is totally impractical (water seepage EVERYWHERE improper sealing on the tub led to mold in multiple spots). No soap, no toilet paper. Toilet paper holders were both broken,……

“We had a great time! They had basic pots/pans/utensils if we wanted to cook, but we were also less than 15 minutes from any kind of restaurant we might want if we didn't. I hate doing dishes, so the dishwasher was very nice. Oven, stove, fridge, freezer all worked well. There's a master bedroom with an ensuite, a second normal bedroom, and the third bedroom looks like a converted sunroom. The third room doesn't have a normal door, it has sliding glass doors, but there's curtains to keep it more……

“There are not enough words to say how great this property was. The owners have really gone above and beyond any expectations I would’ve had this house is fantastic. It is only a couple blocks from the beach not that I had a chance to go there and the area is, loaded with things to do. I would stay there over and over and over again. ”
