「Well located for what we wanted to do in town, front staff was very pleasant and helpful as well as the lady taking care of the breakfast area. Room was clean and comfortable, made good use of the workout room and we would stay at one of their other properties if convenient.」

「We had an unusually difficult and very unexpected event happen while we were there June 11-14th. It involved my granddaughter running away from church camp with her boyfriend but no one knew where. The police got involved and it was very disturbing to think she might be in danger. After all day Monday the boy and his parents returned her by 11 pm June 11. The plan was me and my cousin would vacation in Co Sprgs while gr daughter was in camp that ended 6/14. Since she broke the rules by leaving...

「Property is undergoing renovations and half the parking lot is taken up with materials and construction items. NO place to park - people parked between dumpsters and all over the curbs. The room was clean but those pillows were most likely the WORST I have ever experienced - wrenched my neck and we were awake most of the night. 」

「This is a wonderful property. Steven at the front desk was so kind and helpful and even though the hotel was packed, it was incredibly quiet and peaceful. The room was really nice and the breakfast was great!」

「Very nice hotel, nice service, and the room is clean. I was arrived at 12:30, I really apprecate they can accept my early check in. A convenience store near by the hotel, around 10 mins on foot. Nice airport shutle service, call them while arrived, waiting less than 10 mins.」
