「Very comfortable and clean. The location was also convenient— short drive to City Island for great views and the best rated mini golf in the system. The breakfast however, was not great.」

「One of the front desk staff was great the others were ok. Not personable. The room was basic, the bed was ok but the pillows were great. The bathroom was not as clean as I hoped and the coffee machine in the room was dirty. The breakfast was minimal at best. Watery eggs, make your own waffles, biscuits were tasty and then cereal, bread for making toast and little yogurts. Overall it was a place to lay your head until the noise from the hallways woke you up.」

「Desk clerk who checked me in told me my room didn't have a refrigerator--only king suites do. He then gave me a "free" breakfast card and asked if that would make up for it. Then handed me a slip of paper with his name and a QR code on it and asked me to give him a good review. When I told him I had spoken to someone who told me all rooms have a refrigerator. He gave me two more "free" breakfast tickets (breakfasts was included with my reservation) which still didn't even cover all the days...
