“The staff was very helpful and friendly, very convenient to the Mayo clinic. ”

“Good location. I took an art workshop in town so this was a convenient location for my class. Room was small but well appointed. Some classmates also stayed at this hotel and they were on a noisy lower floor. Walls are thin so depending on the location of your room, it might be noisy. ”

“We have stayed here all 5 trips to Mayo Clinic. Super clean and friendly. Great location. Free shuttle to the clinic and back throughout the day. Lots of food choices within walking distance. ”

“There was nothing to dislike really. This was the first time that I stayed at the Hyatt House while having to be at the Mayo Clinic. I plan to stay only at that hotel for future trips to the clinic. I was impressed.”

“The stay was very nice. I appreciated the condition and comfort. Sadly as we were leaving we had to walk trough a group of employees smoking right outside the front door. There was no way to avoid them or the smoke. ”

“The hotel was great. The only issue that I had was that you can hear other people walking above you and out in the halls. Not very sound prrof”
