“Room was absolutely spotless, so clean..everyone was efficient and professional Morning breakfast omelette and sausage was cold and I was down for breakfast at 7:15 am”

“Great place to stay if going to Mayo. You don’t have to go outside to get to the buildings at Mayo with the subway level. Food is good for 2 meals a day. There’s room service & deliveries from Instacart if needed for groceries or outside food/beverage source. Personalized concierge service is good. Our stay was 10 days - they accommodated our extended stay flawlessly. My only complaint is the room temperature everywhere; it can be stuffy moving place to place. Take a fan to cool off in……

“We did not have the breakfast as we had 6:30 am labs to do. The hotel is very clean & quiet & in an excellent location for getting to Mayo. We walked outside but they also have access to the subway so you don’t even have to set foot outside if you don’t want to. The AC unit was clear up next to the ceiling & my husband had to stand on the bed to reach it & adjust the temp. Other than that & maybe a few updates that need to be done it’s a good, clean place to stay. In fact, we will have to go……

“A wonderful pet-friendly hotel. We had adjoining rooms which gave us the family space needed. Everyone we met on staff were friendly and helpful. Only issue was a guest had tracked in clay or something and while it was cleaned up on the first floor, it never did get fully cleaned on the second floor in the 2 days we stayed, even with cleaning staff standing right next to the mess.”

“For anyone visiting the Mayo Clinic this location is very convenient and easily accessible. Close to good restaurants including Crave right inside the hotel and the Italian restaurant Terza next door. I am usually picky about the quality of beds and cleanliness of the washroom. The bed was extremely comfortable and washroom was very clean. If I return I would stay at Indigo again.”
