“There was nothing to dislike really. This was the first time that I stayed at the Hyatt House while having to be at the Mayo Clinic. I plan to stay only at that hotel for future trips to the clinic. I was impressed.”

“Room not cleaned or replenished with towels without request. Maids do not speak English and did not know what we were asking for.”

“Room was okay. But it seemed like a lot of shady people around. We didn’t feel safe.”

“Good location. I took an art workshop in town so this was a convenient location for my class. Room was small but well appointed. Some classmates also stayed at this hotel and they were on a noisy lower floor. Walls are thin so depending on the location of your room, it might be noisy. ”

“The room was very clean, had all the things you would need. Loved the bigger bottles in the shower and on bathroom sink! Lots of space and good light in bathroom! ”

“Stay was very convenient from the mayo civic center. Parking was easier than anticipated. Room cleanliness was average and coffee pot did work as it should. Rooms were big which was nice. ”

“My stay was just fine. The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no automated sliding front door. Kind of a pain in the butt. ”

“Has to be the most quiet hotel I've ever stayed in, didnt hear any inside noice, and very nice staff. However, hotel is dated and beds are not comfortable. The AC units in the wall are loud and don't work, blows lukewarm air not matter what the setting is. With being close to Mayo hospital, having the windows open is noisy with hospital traffic. Spacious rooms and hot showers. Breakfast only went until 9am on weekends so if you wanted to sleep in you missed breakfast. I appreciated the free……
