“The receptionist could speak limited english. The television did not work. THE SHAMPOO PROVIDED WAS TESTER AND IT WAS NOT ENOUGH FOR US TO USE. And Mosquitoes came out from the water sink.”

“Leider hat unser Aufenthalt unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Bereits bei der Ankunft gab es Probleme: Die auf Expedia angegebene Adresse war falsch und lag etwa 3 km vom tatsächlichen Standort entfernt. Zudem wird das Hotel als „Ruby Luxury Hotel“ geführt, vor Ort heißt es jedoch nur „Ruby“. Ein kostenloses Upgrade war laut Buchung inklusive. Dennoch versuchte der Mitarbeiter zunächst, uns 100.000 VND pro Nacht zusätzlich zu berechnen. Erst nachdem wir unsere Buchungsbestätigung vorgelegt……

“staffs are nice but the room is a bit narrow, hard to open luggages. The bedsheets are a bit dirty but staffs are willing to help when you call. English is not too fluent but still comminicatable.”

“we stayed there for three nights. The receptionist said they had to keep my passport and rejected to give it back to me when we asked him. He asked me not to worry. I then travelled in Nha Trang without my passport. On the day we left, they forgot to return my passport when checkout and I left very rushly for catching the flight and forgot my passport. They said they could come and pass my the passport but they needed money for the travel!!! We were so scared and at the same time the taxi……

“Good location which is near to the beach and night market. Receptionists are very kind and helpful which they have recommended some local restaurants or shops for us. Nice trip and expensive in Nha Trang.”
