「The shower had lots of mold and the floor was dirty! My friends room had filthy curtains, dust on all over baseboards and wall. You pay too much for this unkept Inn. They need to do a deep clean!! Cleanliness is everything! I would give 5 stars if they would clean the rooms! 」

「Thank you Katie and Janell for your willingness to ensure that every guest had a great experience. As for the property it looked very drab and unkept. The indoor pool was not available. There was only one elevator working and it was not in good condition. If the grounds and the amenities matched the level of the staff it would be a great spot to recommend for travelers.」

「Front desk did not answer the phone. Pillows thrown at the bottom of the bed- no pillow cases on them. A pair of socks had been left on a shelf. Shampoo and lotion pumps almost empty. No hot water- barely warm in the shower. Of the 3 front desk employees we had contact with, only one was pleasant. Need to get their act together.」

「Our first time to Beaufort and we stayed at the City Loft Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with friendly staff and convenient access to our room. The location is spot on if you want to walk the sites of downtown. We'll definitely make this a top stay for us next visit」

「The reason I gave low stars is because it’s so far out from everything which is fine but I went during winter months and everything at there resort was closed. No bar, no restaurant, why? Just because it’s winter doesn’t mean people stop eating and drinking. I went for work and only stayed 2 nights and it wasn’t a big deal but as I said it’s not exactly convenient to restaurants n such so I ended up ordering takeout. It was a very nice condo though. Perhaps it would be great in the summer 」
