「We've stayed here several years in a row when visiting family annually. Upon arrival, the TV we would have used did not work, so we reported it to the staff. They replied they were aware of it. Since they were aware and we were spending 4 nights, they should have placed us in a different room. We had already unpacked before discovering the unusable TV. It was inconvenient for sure. The rest of our experience was fine. Breakfast was good, room was clean, towels were changed.」
