“飯店離捷運跟超市都不會很遠，走路的距離都可以接受。雖然訂的是雙床房型，但到現場有一位可以用中文溝通的櫃檯，幫忙換成一大床的房型，免去了提前入住所需要的費用。淋浴的空間個人覺得偏小，固定式的蓮蓬頭，使用上並不便利。沙發上竟然發現客人使用過的塑膠叉子夾在細縫中。”

“The room was spacious and clean and the bed comfortable. I had a late check-in and although they didn't have room service, I was able to order a delicious steak caesar salad to take back to the room. ”

“The air conditioner is so old and make very loud noise. Cannot sleep well during night. ”

“The neighborhood doesn't feel very safe. The home had some small cockroaches and was run-down inside and out. I got hives within 10 minutes of being there, likely due to the poor conditions”

“This is my "Go to" when flying out of Phoenix Sky Harbor. It is right across the street from Pre-flight parking garage with shuttle to the airport. With regard to dining, the do have a limited menu you can order food from at the lobby bar. Food is good but it's not a sit down. You can take back to the room or eat in the lobby area which is nice.”

“I would have given 5 stars, except: At time of reservation, which was many weeks in advance, I specifically requested not to be placed on the first floor. I got a “noted” response from Embassy Suites. When I went to check in, guess where our room was going to be? You guessed it, first floor! It was changed, but the person doing it acted like it was a Herculean task. Maybe if my original request had been processed? That being said, props to housekeeping. Our room was clean as a whistle. Much……

“The male staff when we checked in was very kind. The room had been renovated several years ago and was very clean. It was also spacious and easy to use. Breakfast is included,but it's a simple meal.”
