“Everything is good”

“I can only give this property one star—and that is solely for the friendliness of the staff, which was the only positive aspect of our stay. We originally booked a four-night visit but ended up leaving after just one night. The property is nothing like what is pictured online. Our room was in extremely poor condition and appeared not to have been properly cleaned. One pillow was missing a pillowcase, and the single washcloth provided had visible toothpaste and what looked like food residue on……

“The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location to old town. The only negative is the pool seating. You have to wake up early to claim a chair. They are all Gone by 9am. ”

“the room was great; they did not mention that you are required to pay for parking and the elevators were not in the best condition. ”

“I would encourage you to double check your room before you settle in. Our experience was poor in regards to dirty fridge, we were given the wrong room and they would have still charged us for the more expensive room if we had not brought it to their attention. We also had a leaky toilet. For the price we paid, I had higher expectations. I would like to note that once we brought this to the staffs attention, they were incredibly accommodating and sincerely apologetic.”
