「Some of the staff members were very welcoming, others it just seemed like you got on their nerves when asking a question. The room was nice and clean the only problem we had was at night the AC unit didn't work throughout the night so it was burning hot so we couldn't really get any sleep (my wife and our 2 year old son) when I let the front desk know and asked could they move us to a different room, all that was told to us is sorry for the inconvenience and that they would wave the resort fee....

「They didn't clean our room , we called to asking just for towels. it took three calls over the next 2 hours and a visit to front desk to finally get the towels. The air conditioning was stuck on 65 degrees when tried raise the temp the heat would kick on. Keep in mind it was a over 100 degrees and we had to leave the temp off. We were scheduled to stay another night but we were so angry we left. We think we should be entitled to a refund.」
