“The staff throughout my stay were exceptionally warm and friendly. Although there are quite a few stairs leading to the room, a porter was available to assist with luggage. On the first night, the quilt and sheets had an unacceptable odor, but after I provided feedback, the team responded promptly and courteously by providing fresh bedding. That said, the room's sound insulation is fairly limited, and the bed frame itself tended to creak—travelers who are sensitive to noise may want to take……

“room is small, other than that is in good quality. 6th floor wifi is unstable, cannot normally remote video with others. Rate would be 8/10 if you are living in rooms except 6th floor.”

“Can’t beat the location. Right in the heart of SoHo/Nolita and walking distance to West Village etc. Bars and restaurants everywhere. Room was teeny tiny though! Balcony not much use for us as it rained during our stay pretty much every day. Cool hotel decor and very nice staff. Would recommend!”
