“This place is amazing. Celeste is a joy to work with and very accessible during her availability hours. Not only was she great with us, but I could tell she has a good working relationship with the property owner. The only issues we had were QOL. The main television was a bit of a trial to get VUDU/Fandango for after hours when we got home. But Celeste was on top of it the very next morning and arrived at the exact time she quoted. The shower curtain was a bit on the short side for a curved……

“We loved our stay at the Garden and Sea Inn. Location was perfect to surrounding activities. Inn was charming and comfortable, and the breakfasts were fabulous. Thank you for allowing us to be your guests.”

“We loved the view and location of the house. Close to shops, restaurants and a short drive to the wildlife refuge and beach. The hot tub at sunset was very relaxing! We would stay again. ”

“Property was great and it is very close to the beach area as well as the wild ponies. Walkable to all the coffee shops and ice cream. Only downside, if you cook there is nothing locally good to eat but won’t hold it against the area, just preference. People were great and coffee shops were great. ”

“This house was advertised as being able to fit 8 people. All 3 bedrooms had very worn out mattresses. The sleeper sofa was missing springs. Two of our family members had to sleep on the floor and an air mattress we purchased. There was not enough dinnerware and silverware for 8 people. The bar stool (for extra seating ) was so wobbly that no body dared to use it for fear of breaking. The deck would have been nice, if there was a dining table and four more chairs (there were 2 dining chairs……

“We booked this property for the 2025 Pony Swim. All 7 of us had a wonderful time. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. This seems like a newer property and was lacking a few things based on other reviews so we came prepared. Overall we found plenty of supplies to get us by throughout the week. It’s far enough away from the hustle and bustle to provide ample peace and quiet but still close enough that we made it back to the island every morning. ”
