“Did not eat breakfast. A/C turned on the lowest temp did not keep room cool. Bathroom was not at all clean. Rugs and floors throughout were not clean. Walls in the room were paper thin. Our room key failed to work 4 times in 4 days. Each day I had to walk from the furthest room to elevator and down 3 floors to get a replacement key. 4 TIMES! Front desk staff not at all friendly. Will never stay here or re o end here again. ”

“Rooms heat/ac did not work. Woke up almost able to see my breath in the room it was so cold (had the heater on all night too) . Room was SUPER bug and spacious, the room itself was awesome. But I did get sick from being freezing cold all night long.”

“We were attending a graduation in Steubenville, and picked this hotel because closer hotels were all booked. Additionally, hotels in Steubenville itself are terrible. I was more than pleased with my stay here, and it was well worth the extra travel time. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. The grounds and room were clean and comfortable. “Nice place to stay before going to Ruby Memorial for surgery. Was put in a smoking room, which is not what I wanted. It smelled as if another person had used the bathroom just before leaving the room. The beds were clean but this room needs a new carpet, or better yet, replace with vinyl flooring.”

“Solid golf course (Lakeview) for beginners or people who aren’t great at golf. Fairways are open and easy to stay in. Hotel was solid, friendly staff, easy commute to Cooper’s Rock, WVU, restaurants around. Shower pressure was a bit light but did the job. Highly recommend”
