Although we initially had trouble accessing the unit due to unclear instructions, once we got in, everything was fantastic. 「My family stayed for two nights and everything was wonderful. Communication was excellent and the check-in instructions were thorough and easy to understand. The place was very clean and the bathroom was very nice. Good water pressure which seems like a small thing, but I have terrible water pressure at home so a really good shower while on vacation is a bonus! The beds were very comfortable, and despite the fact that I have sleep issues and usually wake up often, I slept surprisingly well....

「We had a great time staying at the Irwin CottageThere were 8 of us total 4 adults and 4 kids between the ages of 7-11Enough space inside for all of us and there were 2 living areas so the kids could be away from the adultsThe best place was outside by the lake, there were enough chairs by the fire pit for all of usThe kids had great time playing the sand and the lake is shallow and sandyThe kids also enjoyed the kayaks and swim platform, they out there most of the tripThe owners needed to remove...

「The apartment (main floor of a house) was comfortable, nicely decorated, clean, and well-equipped. Location was great...within walking distance to the main drag of Charlevoix with numerous restaurants and great shopping. Hope to return again one day!」

「The pictures of this property do not do it justice! This cute, super clean mid century modern chalet has everything you could ever need. The beds were super comfortable, the main spaces for gathering were inviting and cozy. The views out each window are a visibly stunning green space. There is easy access to all the wineries in the area. I would definitely stay there again.」
