「好處是地點方便, 前台服務非常好, 我晚上十時才到, 晚間的伯伯很好, 出來指示泊車地方, 而我用過很多酒店洗衣機, 這是一間洗完有香味的一間, 地方也很清潔 洗手間紙架位置和洗手間位置距離太小 還有一件事是沒有冰機, 我七月會再回來, 那時是暑假, 我希望可以見到你們的進步」

「Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Front staff can speak English. Both breakfast and dinner are great. The road path to the Onsen is beautiful. It has both indoor and outdoor. There are family bath and no need to make reservation and you can use it when it is vacant. However we did not try it this time as it occupied. Both Kinrinko and 湯之坪 are note quite close to the hotel, it is better to drive there. Overall is over my expectation and the room rate is reasonable. 」

We’ve booked standard room but like a VIP Public Onsen is reasonable size and great Standard room is quite big, new and clean Dinner was excellent, breakfast good It is not easy to get there if you don’t drive」

「We've booked 3 rooms for 2 nights and luckily we got upgraded to premium rooms. The rooms are spacious and love the location just need about 3 minutes walking distance to the station area and shopping mall. Two cars parked at hotel's parking lot. Helpful staffs and excellent breakfast made our days. Highly recommended this hotel and we would definately visited Dormy Inn hotel in other districts of Japan.」
