“Overall we had a very unpleasant stay there because there are many (thousands) ants in the room. Everywhere from night stand to bathroom. When we complained about this, we didn't receive room-change service or complete/partial refund. Considering how much it costed, I rated the stay as the worst experience ever in my life. ”

Overall, a great place. My only real complain is more of a warning to those staying here, it's located right next to the highway and the noise isn't an issue, it's the fact that you have to drive at least 15 minutes to get anywhere else like a store or a gas station. If you want to go back straight to the hotel……

“Simi Valley area was beautiful, nice people, clean, quiet, safe. We kept being told by staff that this is a choice hotel so we were told they only do room cleaning every 3 days. So just make sure if you're going to stay for a little while you asked to have your garbage and towels taken out of your room sooner than that. I probably would not stay here again because I prefer to have my room cleaned every day without having to ask and I also like the option of room service but that's just a……
