"It was a very nice stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only disappointments would be that the outdoor pool was not open - though we were there before Memorial Day and so it may just have been too early - and the balcony only had 1 chair so we had to use one of the kitchen chairs on the balcony to be able to use it. The only other negative was that the A/C vent blew hot air right on to the balcony. The breakfast was good - and we were always there at the end of the breakfast time. The...

When I walked up to say I was checking in, the only response was to look down at papers and hear her say 'Name.' For that much money it shouldn't be too much to ask to see a smile and hear, 'Welcome to Bear Creek we are glad you are here, may I have the reservation name please.' "

"We had to change the date of our arrival for granddaughter’s graduation and the original place couldn’t accommodate our party so canceled the first and booked with Tru Hilton. Glad we did. It was great; beds very comfortable, clean room, nice breakfast and overall excellent. Will stay there again next trip and was more affordable."
