“The hotel location is ok,but the room is very small and old. There is no coffee machine in the room,even don't have a bottle of water. The girl at the front desk is arrogant. 3-night hotel experience is not good.”

“Comfortable and spacious room, good location Cleanliness can be improved, washbasin drained slowly. Saw some debris on edge of cupboard, and hair of previous occupier. The fan next to the window was noisy though I managed to sleep still”

“Staff were amazing, from greetings in the morning to the cleaning staff being very helpful and accommodating. Good overall experience and would definitely book here again. Only compliant was that in my particular room, the shower looked to have been repaired as there was a crack in the sidewall that were covered in clear caulk, why not white to hide it? The shower door was also not aligned properly so it did not close all the way, damaging the mating piece.”

“Great little hotel in the Lincoln Park/Lakeview neighborhood. Super convenient and walkable to many places. Staff was terrific - helpful, knowledgeable, polite. There is parking at a discounted rate, but no in/out privileges, so plan accordingly.”

“The property was easy to get to, very clean comfortable overnight stay. Plenty of parking. The staff were very nice and helpful. I arrived a little early for checkin and nothing showed available in the system. The gentleman went back and found a room for me to checkin, so I didn’t have to wait.”
