We called the front desk to complain. They promised sending someone up to correct the problem BUT no one came. Finally in frustration I called the front desk again and they said: unplug it. We did. Upon leaving Indigo the clerk at that time shared with me auto turn on/off and manual turn on/off problems were ongoing. I……

Our tv console had a broken handle, only one of the outlets on the wall lamp between the beds was working, & the bathroom fan was broken. Other than that everything was very clean, & the air conditioning worked, which is so comforting.”
