「key provide is not working and need me to go to the lobby to ask for help to open the garage gate and the house door for me! No response from the house owner!!!! Kitchen utilities are dirty, lack of dish cleaning liquid, body wash lotion, and washing machine powder! I need to buy all these things there. Door of the wardrobe dropped down itself in one of the room! No where you can hang your clothes after they are washed.」

「Clean, ideal and easy stay. Would stay again. The apartment manager stayed in regular contact and was available to us if we needed anything at all. Location was perfect and a real selling point for this apartment! Added amenities were good too. The Apartment doesnt have parking, however there is a free overnight zone behind the building which was very easy, or 24/7 paid secure parking across the street.」

「I don’t think this is really a 4 Star Hotel, as everything needs extra fees. Also, the staff are not knowledgeable enough, I asked the same question thrice to different people, and got back 3 different answers. When given wrong information, they expect us to bear the responsibility alone.」
