“key provide is not working and need me to go to the lobby to ask for help to open the garage gate and the house door for me! No response from the house owner!!!! Kitchen utilities are dirty, lack of dish cleaning liquid, body wash lotion, and washing machine powder! I need to buy all these things there. Door of the wardrobe dropped down itself in one of the room! No where you can hang your clothes after they are washed.”

“Our stay did not match the expectations set by the listing. The apartment was extremely dusty throughout, including the blinds, surfaces, even closet hangers, light switches, lamps and air-conditioning units. The AC/heating unit in the bedroom did not work at all, and the unit in the living room was so dusty that we could not use it due to dust sensitivities. As a result, climate control was very limited, and the living space was uncomfortable to use. Basic guest supplies were also……

“Clean, ideal and easy stay. Would stay again. The apartment manager stayed in regular contact and was available to us if we needed anything at all. Location was perfect and a real selling point for this apartment! Added amenities were good too. The Apartment doesnt have parking, however there is a free overnight zone behind the building which was very easy, or 24/7 paid secure parking across the street.”

“Check iin時的櫃檯人員表情不是很好，問問題也不怎麼有耐心，但公共使用設施還蠻大也很乾淨，房間就有點小了，雖然很乾淨。另外要吃早餐的話需要花錢購買，也要付停車費！”

“I don’t think this is really a 4 Star Hotel, as everything needs extra fees. Also, the staff are not knowledgeable enough, I asked the same question thrice to different people, and got back 3 different answers. When given wrong information, they expect us to bear the responsibility alone.”
