「The closers on the doors are so harsh, they rattle your ear drums. It is difficult to sit in the lobby and read with the doors banging all of the time. Even the checkin clerk has a door behind him that goes bang all of the time. Children under 10 would have a hard time even getting out of a room, in case of fire.」

「This is a very nice hotel. It is small, quiet and relaxing. The grounds are well kept with Adirondack chairs and other comfortable chairs around the property. Almost all of the rooms have a water view as the hotel sits on a channel leading to the bay. You can watch the boats go by and see the Osprey guarding a nest and diving for food. 「Liked that it was a little remove from the main street of St. Michael's (About a half mile away). Loved the history of the House and how Will came to own it and restore it. Liked the staff (Will and the young ladies who support him). Loved breakfast. Liked the pool. HIGHLY recommend it.」
