“Very convenient for Colonial Williamsburg. Rooms a bit dated. Lots of kids. Breakfast fair and very non eco friendly.”

“No complaints. It was clean, staff was friendly, parking was free, plus it has a pool and free breakfast. The breakfast ends at 9am though so you have to get up early for it. That’s the only thing that bugged me. I will definitely stay here every time I visit Hampton.”

“Property neat and clean with exception of grout and caulking in bathroom. Person who greeted me upon arrival was not pleasant. Seemed annoyed. Told me that my room didn't come with breakfast and " you can have it but will cost you 16.95". I didn't request breakfast when I reserved room because I didn't need it. Very unusal for this hotel. Not what was said it was how it was said ”

“I have stayed here in the past. I didn't have a reservation and it was late night last minute. They accommodated us with a excellent room. The service is always impeccable. Whenever we're in VA we like to stay at the Hyatt place. I like their breakfast too and I'm not a breakfast person but it's worth getting up for. ”

“Our room was in the cottages (not the building pictured in the listing) and was cramped for two people with luggage.The walls were thin and conversation in adjacent room could easily be heard. Fortunately, only one of the adjacent rooms was occupied and they retired at a reasonable hour. The corner shelf in the shower was not secured to the wall so toiletries tipped onto the floor.and water leaked past the door onto the bathroom floor.I didn't realize that I needed to request housekeeping, not a……
