“The property was really nice and unique. The biggest issue is for rooms facing the pool, the music from the bar goes until 1AM on the weekend. It's really loud and there's no soundproofing. They asked us if this would be a problem at check-in and when I said yes it would be a problem and asked if we could be moved, they said there were no rooms left, completely full - sorry! Then why ask to begin with...? That left a bad impression. Friday night was ok/tame but Saturday night was SO loud,……

“I have stayed at the Hotel Paso Del Norte for many years. It is a great hotel. The staff is courteous, helpful, and on top of the game. This is one of the best hotels that I have stayed in, and I have stayed in a bunch of them.”

“We were assigned to the 1st floor. I think it faced the freeway. It was ver loud from the traffic and the a/c was not working. The staff transferred us to another room. It was very nice. I think Hyatt can replace the windows on the rooms facing freeway. The noise is pretty loud. Hopefully with better quality windows can keep the noise from freeway. ”
