「It was a lovely hotel. So convenient Charleston and Isle of Palm. We were greeted at checkin by a very nice man. Or servers at meals were very nice. The only non friendly people that we encountered was when ordering food through window at pool.」

「This was our first time staying at a Hyatt House. We needed a location close to Charleston with a kitchen and this hotel was perfect, and exceeded all expectations. The staff was amazing, the breakfast was wonderful, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was modern and everything worked (pots, etc. provided). The living room was a bonus.
