「Our door didn't lock. We told someone at the front desk about it, and they said they'd take a look, while we went out to catch our boat. We didn't receive an update (either by phone or text), so we figured everything was ok, and they figured out what was wrong.
When we came back though, we couldn't get back in our rooms -- I guess when they fixed the lock, it disabled our cards too. Anyway, we had to go to the front desk again and explain what happened to the person working the evening shift...
