“Unbeatable location for the trade show but dated furnishings. The air conditioner duct is pretty dusty and I wish there’s a lower fan speed for sleep. The sound insulation could be improved from hallways. On the plus side, the mattress is pretty good, firm and supportive. ”

“隔音超級差，竟可聽到隔壁房間聊天聲音，即使感覺他們並不是特別大聲講話我們都可以聽到，浴室乾濕分離但拉門很難推。房間乾淨，走路至Disneyland 並不會太遠。”

“This hotel does the job. It’s fine but nothing special. Truthfully there aren’t a lot of options in Claremont. The location is good, close to the 5 C’s. The A/C works well but it’s very noisy. I appreciate the Starbucks coffee in the lobby. ”

“The Hyatt HB is a beautiful resort. We had the best time. All our meals were fantastic. Water Table wa a wonderful. The resort also has a pizza parlor, little shops and market, and it’s close to many shops and restaurants in Pacific City and downtown. The location to the ocean is fantastic and the pools and water slide are fun for the family. ”

“I’ve stayed at this hotel many times. The ambiance is incredible. The employees are helpful and personable. The room was clean. The pool area was clean. The restaurant and the bars closed at 10:00 pm. That was very inconvenient for me. The next day while sitting poolside I was told they were offering a full service menu. That was absolutely untrue. They offered a very limited food menu and an even smaller selection of alcohol.”
