“所有前枱服務員沒有笑容和不耐煩，因為上到房間發現馬桶按去水制鬆脫而需要維修，可能覺得麻煩，所以有點黑面，還好企在旁邊的兩位小哥哥包括幫忙寄存行李和每次出門詢問是否需要車，告訴他我們已經有車他們還笑容滿面，最後一天還問需要車到車站，在好奇之下問了一下車需要多少錢後再回答不用了，小哥哥還很有禮貌地回答沒問題再送我們出酒店，回說酒店方面本以為這麼多年的酒店感覺應該有點舊和有發霉味道，但這酒店原全沒有感覺幾整潔，今次的4星是給兩位小哥哥和其他服務員”

“Gorgeous property have stayed here twice already:) super close to the national park. most staff is v helpful and professional. Yummy food. Perfect views. Love the pool. It’s in the woods so expect some insects but totally understandable. ”

“My wife and I had a wonderful amazing stay at this property. This B&B is nestled in a quiet, friendly, clean and hospitable little village within a 10 minute walk to the 'Middle' Gate of the Zhangjiajie Forest National Park. The location is made even more peaceful by the mountains and open meadow facing the poolside of the property. It is located away from direction of where all the tour buses would usually turn to drop off tourists near the park entrance. Ken, the Duty Manager, and his staff……

“We had the most wonderful experience, Andy (the manager) was in direct contact with us even before the trip and he arranged for our pick up even when we changed the departure point at the last minute. He made our honeymoon absolutely lovely and special at this hotel! The room was absolutely wonderful, large, with amazing views. The facilities are breathtaking, swimming pool was great.
