「The family room was excellent with small touches like a tent and stuffed animals for my daughter. Very clean and very nice and new. Staff was courteous, kind and very helpful despite the language barrier. Would definitely stay again and totally recommend. 」

「所有前枱服務員沒有笑容和不耐煩，因為上到房間發現馬桶按去水制鬆脫而需要維修，可能覺得麻煩，所以有點黑面，還好企在旁邊的兩位小哥哥包括幫忙寄存行李和每次出門詢問是否需要車，告訴他我們已經有車他們還笑容滿面，最後一天還問需要車到車站，在好奇之下問了一下車需要多少錢後再回答不用了，小哥哥還很有禮貌地回答沒問題再送我們出酒店，回說酒店方面本以為這麼多年的酒店感覺應該有點舊和有發霉味道，但這酒店原全沒有感覺幾整潔，今次的4星是給兩位小哥哥和其他服務員」

「Overall a very good place to stay. Very close to the National Forest attractions. Staff will need translator to communicate. They can’t understand English but they are very helpful and friendly. Special mention to the waitress Li Ping on our floor. She was very helpful and took care of use very well. 」

「It was the most frustrating hotel for years of my experience. Which is 50 countries, 180 cities, over 300 hotels. No telephone, iron, TV set in the room. It is very cold in the whole motel. Only two rooms were occupied inc ours. Cheapest sleepers one can imagine. Meal was better in chinese university, where i studied 30 years ago. Dead bird and cigarettes at balcony. Extremely cold in bathroom and no privacy from living room. Pictures on Hotels.com are nice and starring high but in reality it is...

「David and the staff were amazing, inviting us even to share in their New Year’s dinner. The location is gorgeous although a bit remote, so plan to organize your activities in advance if you can since getting a ride from DiDi can be a challenge. 」

「The hotel is in a nice position along the river and the staff is very helpful, offering to plan your day and buy tickets on your behalf. The structure is quite run down, is clear that it used to be a very nice hotel but is now falling into disrepair, a shame as it has very good potential」

「Room was adequate and clean. I liked the location 10 minutes walk to South Gate or SW gate can’t remember but a main entrance to two parks I visited in the Wullingyang area. Close to the town area with lots of local restaurants around. They also offered to pick me up from Zhangjiajie train station complimentary. I enjoyed coffee and early sun on the roof deck with the resident cat. 」

Ha sido la estancia que más he disfrutado en mis vacaciones gracias a su hospitalidad, en verdad te hacen sentir como en casa, todo el tiempo están atentos a tus necesidades y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Los noodles en las mañanas y el café, exquisitos! Habitación grande, de dos recámaras en dos pisos, con todos los servicios 6 vistas espectaculares al pie de la puerta al cielo. 「The hotel is truly unique in terms of surrounding and buildings (though it was in a remote area). The stay was an exceptionly experience to us. We were greeted by the manager and sent off by him personally. He was warmth and sincere when servicing us. The overall feel of the stay was marvelous. 」
