“Nice hotel in a beautiful location. My only issue is with the execution of a pre arranged need that was supposed to be done but never was. My wife and I had 2 early morning excursions on 2 seperate days and we asked prior through email, if it would be possible to get anything to eat before we left for our excursion at 6 and 7am those days. We received a response email from Pierre that it would not be a problem and that they would give us a cold breakfast the evening before each day for us to……

“Was informed a day prior to check in that we would be without water midweek from 10am-6pm. Water did not return until after 8pm which is unacceptable after a day in the desert red rock sand. I spoke to the Director of guest relations and was informed that my family could use the porta potties since we could not flush our toilets, She was less than professional and all she could say was "I understand" The room was just OK, furniture and restrooms were very dated. construction every day all day……

Their attention to detail from the room appointments (robes and slippers), amenities (free water, coffee, tea, snacks) to comfort in the public areas, was above and beyond. We had dinner there one night, 2 breakfasts and they even made us a picnic to have at the Grand Canyon. All the food was delicious, gourmet and met our dietary restrictions. Such a calm, friendly and warm place to stay. Highly recommend!”
