“Beautiful property. Well maintained. The only amenity we would have loved is an ice machine. Otherwise, pools were clean. Lots of eating options. Ample parking. Excellent location.”

“The property is in an amazing location for downtown St Pete and the pier. The room are nice in size, and the property is very well kept. However, the shower floors need a little TLC. The management was very professional and accommodated us with a room change.”

“I wanted to love this hotel. But, it’s poorly renovated and shabby. The bed was fine and the shower was fine. There was rust and black (mold?) along the bottom of the shower. Our AC was broke. In Florida. They sent someone to fix it. We had a miserable night. The next day they sent someone to replace the whole unit. Everything was almost nice. It was $500 a night for just okay - almost not okay. Don’t regret it - won’t be back.”

“Place was amazing! My only complaint was being put next to a room with dogs that barked constantly(wasn’t in the room much but they woke me up numerous times).”

“The staff here have excellent customer service. The restaurants close by have excellent food and staff. We had a great week over the 4th of July. Coffee in the morning, cookies in the afternoon, bottled water anytime. Little perks that made us feel special. Thank you Bilmar. We will be back again.”
