“The resort was nice . Our room had a great view. The staff was not helpful with any questions. They would just say , you need to use our app. Put a do not disturb sign on our door , they still came in our room. Did not replace shower soap container that was empty in the shower . Just replaced towels. Still would recommend this resort .”

“Oh my goodness, we loved it there! It was my husband, my teenage son and his best friend and myself. Everything was great from start to finish. Room had a walk out porch area with a great view of the water and beach area. Loved the pool areas, the beach area, and the floats on the water. The cocktails and food were fantastic and so was the service. It was its own little paradise. Definitely recommend!!”

“They don’t provide daily housekeeping. When we asked about it, they told us the service isn’t done every day. So if you’re only staying for two days, like I did, you’ll have to reuse your towels, and the trash will pile up in your room. The pool is extremely dirty.”

“I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.”
