“Room was dirty, check-in was a disaster. Paid $200 for amenities that we barely used. It was quite a hike to the ocean. No complementary fruit water or candy in the lobby. No vending machines.”

“I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.”

“The hotel was beautiful in certain aspects, but it could be maintained better. The original tile in the main area was a nice touch. The bed linens felt cheap and the AC wasn't very cold in our room. They allow pets so at times I felt like I was in a petting zoo. Overall, probably not worth the high rates they charge.”

“Just stayed on the top floor with a king bed. Beach access is the best in North Redington, the new tiki bar is absolutely beautiful. Stunning views we ate breakfast every day we were there and the food was delicious. It’s our favorite place to stay when head over to the Gulf.”
