“The customer service at this hotel was EXCELLENT. Sherica was VERY helpful and made my check in effortless. That set the tone for a great experience. Wish we were here longer than one day but we will come here without hesitation. We had a wonderful balcony room. The view was AMAZING. Checkout was easy and communication to check to ensure we were comfortable was greatky appreciated. Kudos to this property for great customer catering and interaction. ”

“The only problem we had was not receiving an email with how to check in and out and we did not have any door codes to enter the building. We had to call to get the information and it was very time consuming. The staff was friendly and did all they could to help us but I was not pleased with the everything we had to go through to get into our room. ”

“We were able to check in a little early. The unit was clean and very comfortable. We thought there was a problem with the door lock and a maintenace man came within minutes of us calling. I would stay here again. FYI for anyone thinking of staying here, DO NOT forget to put the parking pass in your windshield. They check for it. I forgot one day and had a notice put on my vehicle. ”

“Loved the condo, was beautiful and had an amazing view. We did have issues of no weather stripping in the door, so we had to shove a towel under it bcuz it was windy and making a loud obnoxious noise. Also couldn’t leave the ice maker on or it sounded like someone knocking on the wall because it was noisy. They did address the issues, but while we were still there. So we had maintenance there 3 different times while we tried to relax and enjoy out trip. It’s a perfect spot though, right by a……
