"This property is incredible! We were looking for a place that would be comfortable for 6 adults and 4 kids where we could relax, swim and fish with minimal effort. This place was everything we wanted and more. The house itself was very clean and very well stocked with everything we could've possibly needed. And for outdoor activities, we didn't have enough time to enjoy all of amenities. There are kayaks, paddle boards, multiple life vests for all ages, an incredible pool and spa, outdoor grill and TV, beach volleyball, mini golf, ice machine, plenty of comfortable seating, and more. And the view of the water, just stunning. Communication with the host/concierge was easy with quick responses. We only had 4 days there, that's the only negative thing I can say! We'll definitely be going back when we can stay longer. Thank you Bailey Vacation Properties for a wonderful place to celebrate my 60th birthday!"

"This property is amazing and fantastic for a girls’ weekend away! It is spacious and comfortably decorated. Each of the 4 bedrooms were tastefully decorated and included large TVs in each room. (However the downstairs master bed mattress was too firm for my taste.) The outdoor lanai is fantastic. We had breakfast outside each morning and it was a great way to start and end the day. Having two living spaces was really nice, too. The property also includes sports gear which was quite helpful during our stay. A coffee bar was a very nice touch for coffee/tea drinkers. Communication with the host was awesome, and timely. We were very happy during our stay!"

"Property was good. Host had everything he said. Elevator had problems for a partial day or so. Had a huge issue with the umbrella/chair rental bully at beach. He staked out ALL of the premium shoreline directly behind our condo building and told us we would need to set up our chairs in front of the vacant lot adjacent to our rental that had a larger shoreline cliff drop off. He only rented out 2/3 sets of the 10 or 12 set up each day. We were paying guests and thought we were paying for the premium shoreline directly behind the building."
