"Location was awesome. Only place I could find that had 3 bedrooms with a king bed in each. No one had to sleep on a bunk bed. Views were beautiful and we could walk straight out to the beach."

"Best Spring Break, loved the location!! We chose this spot because all the reviews say it’s a private beach and you walk to Florabama…. Yall, it really is! Multiple days we were the only ones on the beach when other complexes were packed!! Every evening to walked to Florabama and back- don’t forget to bring your shoes or they won’t let you in! We will definitely return! "

"This condo is super cute & perfect for those who are traveling alone or with another person. Great view of the ocean from the balcony, if you can stand the smell of people smoking cigarettes on there's. However, somethings could use updating &/or replacing & cleaning. The stove especially needs to be replaced. Its rusty & the burners do not stay in place. The heater/AC & bathroom vents needs attention. They're gross. Make sure there isn't any construction going on in the condo building during your stay. We were not informed of water being shut off until the night we arrived. We were not informed there would not be any hot water for 2 days. We were never informed that there would be any kind of construction or renovating going on in the building. Which just so happened to be going on right under us. It was so loud it woke us up & we could not hear eachother talk. If you plan on hanging out by the pool, dont wear white, especially when there is construction going on. Black material splatter & end up on your light colored clothes. Make sure you have somewhere to go when 9am arrives. They will not allow you to check out any later. Does not matter when your flight is. Do not expect any remorse or help of any kind from the company for any or all of the UNINFORMED inconveniences you experience. We were told "go on about your day" Other than the crap communication from the condo company, the condo is located in a great & beautiful area. "

"Excellent location, very quiet neighborhood and a lot of room. Just not a 5 star because the home and yard need a lot of TLC. Renting for an entire month you'd expect some hand soap and a few other amenities as we receive in our other monthly rentals. The management company did respond quickly to the grill being out of commission and a few other things. A good month of cleaning up the carpet, cloth chairs, little fixes would make this a 5 start."

They were timely on responses when we had questions where things were. The beach was a quick walk and the pool was heated perfectly. We all fit very comfortably for our spring break trip.
