“It was clean and staff were nice”

“it's a great place to stay- one of my complaints is the elevators are very slow. Also this time, we noticed that the coffee machines have been taken out of the rooms. So if you want coffee, you have to go to lobby and pay for it. ”

“was very clean except the floors definitely could be mopped/ scrubbed. i’d definitely stay there again. staff were very kind and quick to help. they don’t supply any soap but other than that i enjoyed my stay and the Air conditioner did wonders lol! ”

“Arrived Early, Staff was very nice and had a room available, TY. We relayed that we paid extra for the King w/ a kitchen but none available, ok because we were kindly getting check in early. Dead roach on floor upon entry.. live small roach in the bathroom the next morning. Roach on wall near bed light when we came home that night. Roach in the bathroom again that night. Disgusting. Disgusting. Disgusting. Staff was nice. We were so in a rush out in the mornings and so tired at night, we made it……

“We did not have an ocean view, but that was ok because we were only in our room to sleep. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the omelets each morning that were cooked to order. The only thing we did not like is that the whole hotel smelled like onions, but perhaps that was the trade-off for ready to order omelets? ”

“This is an excellent location for a get away: a gorgeous view with beachfront rooms beckons you. The suites are super roomy, and your dog is welcome. Check out the Tiki Bar for fruity cocktails and local beer. If you plan to eat breakfast, go down early. Quantities run low after 9 am. If I could suggest anything it would be this - provide sandwich selections in the afternoon for those who don’t want to leave the beach to grab a bite.”

“I stayed at the SpringHill Suites Orange Beach from April 2–5 and was very disappointed. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly, which I appreciated. However, the cleanliness was unacceptable. Our first room had stained sheets and duvets, a dirty shower curtain, unswept floors, and residue on the wall near the towel area. Basic items like soap were missing. I attempted to cancel through Expedia, but the hotel declined and instead offered a room change. The next day, I was moved, but the……

“Everything is good, but the door of the room is hard to close”

“New owners who were very welcoming. Still working on getting it in tiptop shape. Adding a hanging rod in closet, hook on back of bathroom door, and plastic bag for wet or dirty clothes would be helpful. Good luck guys!”

“Parking was close to entry and room was clean. Close to base.Staff was polite and friendly. ”

“It was funny when we got there it was the exact same Condo I had started in the previous year! It was very clean! The Check in was easy! Only part I didn't like was when I asked about early check in it seemed to be an automated system that answered me back instead of an actual person . It said no early check-in. So we had to find other things to do for about 3 hours!”
