“Everything about this property was fine. But for the price point it needed to be nicer. Inside the rooms was again, fine. But the floor had some spots that didn't look the cleanest (not bad but just like it needed a vacuum), the one comforter had some stains and i found a large ant in the shower and another fly looking thing in the bathroom. The outside of the rooms is where it really needed more help. The rooms looked updated but the pictures online don't match when you show up and they show……

“I was a very basic stay. My only issue is that the bathroom had basically holes dented in the floor and the tub had cig burns in it.”

“Our room was perfect! Excellent beach view in a requested no-smoking room. The staff was always courteous. The supplied breakfast choices were good. The coffee was fresh brewed and good. The fresh made omelets were made to order by a very fine young lady chef. The pool was nice and not crowded. The short walk to the white sand beach was beautiful. We had a wonderful vacation at the Sleep Inn Orange Beach.”

“The property was dirty everywhere other than the room which wasn't too bad. Pool was closed the whole stay. Breakfast if there was any was egg waffles with jelly and orange juice. When we went about half was through breakfast one time there was nothing. I asked if they were putting anything out and they said no and ignored me after that.”

“Fabulous ocean view. The place was extremely dated. Appliance looked bad. Workers came into the unit without notifying us . We had issues with the television several times. Staff was pleasant and helpful.”

“The staff was great, but the room was limited in comfort - a bed was broken (sunken in on one side), the outlets were all loose and didn't charge consistently, and the toilet wobbled.”

“We stayed at Indigo from 6/30 - 7/3.... It was our first time visiting the Gulf Shores and it was a great stay. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms were turned over daily and the hotel is in the perfect location. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to other friends and family”

“The hot water heater was not working. We took cold showers the entire time we were there. Two different plumbers came out, both said it was a 21 year old water heater that needed replacing, but nothing was done.”
