“Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable, overall it was a good stay. The only thing I didn’t like was the wait time for the elevators, there were times we had to wait 5-6 minutes for an elevator and when we did get on one it was full and stopped on every floor because someone else was waiting to get on and couldn’t because it was full.”

“There was a lady at the front desk who was quite unfriendly, she gave us one room that was already occupied, and she didn't even apologize when we went downstairs to find her a another room, which gave me a very bad impression of this hotel.”

“The view was beautiful. But the valet sucks! They say call 10-15 mins ahead, yet took them over an hr to pull the car around. It just messed up our whole schedule every time we were heading out.”

“The hotel is situated in a very nice quiet part of town. The employees at check in and valet were very helpful. Room service was delicious and our view of downtown was fun at night. We never did get the corkscrew we requested for our room. Had to go buy one at a store. The decor of the entire hotel is very fun. Our shower was a little rough. Dripping and the hand held sprayer was pretty messed up. But it didn’t hinder our stay. The pool and outdoor areas were very nice. We would definitely stay……

“Our room had most annoying pipe noise that we literally left the TV on during the night . I wish the front staff would informed us a little more what the hotel offers we keep asking for information . Every thing was perfect ”

“Our stay at The Mint House was nothing short of amazing! The views from the room were breathtaking! Our room came fully equipped with everything we would ever need. The property is very well kept and a short walk from different restaurants, and site seeing. Me and my boyfriend really enjoyed our stay, and will be back for sure. ”

“喜欢地理位置，观看烟花安排的很好，指示明显，安全。不喜欢的是卫生太差，房间和楼道的走廊卫生都很差。我住了两晚，外面离电梯口走廊的垃圾就没清理过，很明显。房间里一个房间有瓶装水，一个房间没水，洗浴用品一个房间全是护发素，没洗发水没身体润肤露，没浴室地垫，地上还有前房客留下的垃圾没清理干净，也许新年期间，清洁工较忙。前台一男士接待员服务不好，2019年12月30日办理入住的2250，2251房间，我入住时说明要高层和尽量可以看到烟花的房间，但是他却给了我两间凹的角落的房间，窗户外的右面是一大片玻璃墙。我下去找他调换房间，我说尽量两间一起，但只给了我一间2566房间给我父母，另一间依然凹的角落房间，没变，我两天都要上下层跑来跑去照顾父母。自助停车也没帮我办理好，他告诉我办理在2250卡上，家人取车用不了房卡，被收费$9。估计以后不会再入住了。”
