「We are regulars there. and are back again in April. The hotel is huge, in a quiet, out of town location and can have 500-800 guests at a time. Lots of free parking. It is being refurbished from 6th floor down. Communal chairs and tables are mostly new. The Spa needs massive investment to re-open so don't rely on it being open soon. 「Property could do with some improvements, very weathered, nice view points, nice quiet front, short walk to bars and shops. Maid was lovely, receptionist not so much, no warm welcome, just here’s your room key take the lift, next please…. Restaurant .. wow, shocking… what I can say, no organisation, kids running up and down as staff move food round 30 prior to service closing, stayed 4 nights only went for breakfast twice, same each time, no glasses, no seats, no coffee cups, not a lot of...

「Partial sea view at best as we were put on floor zero in the furthest part of the hotel, booked queen and extra bed for my son in a junior suite, royal level, got twin and very uncomfortable sofa bed ( it was replaced with a single bed and they did offer to change our room but only after 4 days as they were full and we did not find it convenient to have to move all our stuff after 4 days.
