"Unfortunately due to unforeseen AC problems, we were downgraded from a 3 bedroom villa to a 2 bedroom villa. They were able to also get us a bedroom in the hotel to accommodate our other guests - which on 4th of July weekend was awesome. The villa itself wasn’t the cleanest, but we made due with what we had. Outside of those things, we had an awesome time. The food, the pool, the lagoon - great!"
