「If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible all around experience. From the unprofessional valet, the room ac not working right, no television, called for assistance and not one person came to help. Overpriced and terrible service.」

「The room we stayed in didn’t have a fridge. So unfortunately we had to throw our leftovers out since we couldn’t keep them cold. The bed sits lower to the ground than normal but still comfortable」

「The shower in the room the first time used wouldn’t give warm or hot water. When going out the front desk clerk told me to turn on the bathroom faucet at the same time. I informed her I ran the shower long enough to dispense hot water. Upon returning that night there was a note on the door saying it was repaired. Now the water was scolding hot.
