「Room wasn’t what was ordered, a shower was requested because of physical needs of getting in and out of the bath.
Unfortunately, there’s no hand rail to help you get out. I mentioned this to a chap on reception, who just said all rooms are being upgraded, gradually. (Not exactly what I was expecting) I thought this was a health and safety issue?
Room in general was dirty and dirty, which could be seen by just glancing around the room.」
