“bathroom was not good ”

“This is a potentially great hotel! The staff are helpful and friendly. The amenities are fun. The room was good for the price, but the sink was stopped up. We did not deal with it because it was late by the time we realized. Also, the blinds did not work well. Again, we did not contact the staff, so I couldn’t tell you if they would have fixed these things if they were brought to their attention. “Excellent accommodations and facilities. Our back deck looked over Oak Creek which was serene and quiet. It was great staying right in Uptown Sedona. Would definitely recommend. Pool was nice but full of kids so we didn't get to enjoy it, but we were plenty busy with other things so that didn't matter much to us.”

“I had high hopes for this place. The description said that we would be treated more than a number, as soon as we checked in, it felt rushed. There was an envelope with our name on it outside. A staff member I think came to show us where our room was again, felt rushed. In the description it said fresh fruit and snacks would be provided, there wasn’t any at all. There was a glass bottle of water, and some ice in the small fridge. Absolutely no snack, no fruit nothing. The breakfast menu gave us……

“This is a hidden gem in a quiet Sedona neighborhood. An easy walk (about a half mile) to the Thunder Mountain trailhead with amazing hiking and views. The room at the Inn was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Staff are gracious and generous. Amenities are plentiful. Breakfasts are delicious! I particularly enjoyed eating at a table just outside the room. Nourishing, fresh, and filling. The chef takes dietary preferences into consideration. An added plus! I highly recommend The Inn at Thunder……
