“The staff at the hotel were fantastic and assisted us with all our needs. Even though we are English speakers we felt right at home here. The rooms are modern, with excellent views of the city (we could even see Christ the redeemer from our hotel window!). The breakfast buffet was plentiful each morning and provided us a very accessible way to get breakfast with such a busy schedule. We completed our excursions and came home to a clean and tidy room each day. The room also had air conditioning……

“1. Room had a bad smell. 2. There were still dust and white debris on the floor when I checked in. 3. Couldn't make a reservation for the massage as advertised.”

“The staff, the rooftop bar/pool, the restaurant, the lobby, the breakfast were all fantastic. The location is great as well. Security was also great. The only thing that was ok was the rooms. We came into our room with a random puddle next to the bed, the sheets weren’t clean. Also one night we had a Cockroach in our room. Other than that our experience was great.”

“I tried to change dates because I booked wrong dates. The staff didn't help I had to go another hotel, I tried to contact the property to change or cancel no help at all. I couldn't be more disappointed.”
