"We had a cancellation on our flight so had to stay overnight and selected this hotel based on the reviews. It did not disappoint. It was clean. The staff was super friendly and the room was very comfortable."

"Perfect stay other than staff when checking out! Asked to link to Hilton rewards and she told me I couldn’t due to booking through Expedia (rudely) although multiple of other hotels have done it in the past. "

The hotel requires us to become a member of some kind of group in order to access the internet for free, which I did not accept since I don't want my data to be shared with a third party. Therefore, I did not have access to the hotel's WIFI. "

"There were so many wonderful dining and recreation options within walking distance, and the area was so beautiful (with many incredible art murals) that just walking, even without a destination was enjoyable. The staff, guests and community members were all so friendly, it was one of the most satisfying visits to any city I have ever had."

"It was a okay hotel would stay there again simple thing that could of been fixed didn’t get resolved such as us not having hot water and fridge not working when telling front desk they had maintenance come up immediately He ran the water for a few minutes and got warm but nothing more. He said housekeeping would come give us a new fridge. They never came the next morning I mentioned it again, and I was ignored other than that it was an OK property with amazing city view."

The on-site restaurant offered delicioys food options, and Horace was so kind and provided excellent customer service. Located in a great area to offer other restaurant options. "The hotel was beautiful and had a great environment for hanging out. We loved the water fountain! The bed was very comfortable and the room overall was really great. The staff was amazing. "

"We’ve stayed here before and liked it. There is very early am construction next door and it’s loud. They also lost their parking lot privileges in the big garage and we parked in a small attached garage. We would stay again because everything is near and walkable."
