“Super-friendly and helpful staff. Room was immaculate. If you enjoy art you can spend a lot of time just browsing the lobby and halls looking at the very interesting and extensive collection on display. Quirky touches too, like free vintage pinball machines on the lower level, board games available to play, or an ongoing "guest pet of the month" contest based on photos taken and displayed for other guests to vote on. Make sure to factor in parking when budgeting your stay—street parking is……

“不要看該酒店吸引人照片，与事實不符🈴️，入住三晚第一晚馬桶不通，等到隔天早上10点才有維修人員來，住了3⃣️晚沒人打扫房間，每天早上去櫃檯要求清理房間，因為同行者月事來，弄髒了床单，但櫃枱人员總是愛理不理。房內咖啡炉、小冰箱也未提供。每日收$28元地下停車费但未安裝自動进出门，任何外人可进出極不安全。建物老舊房內空調聲音太吵雜，影響睡眠⋯⋯3⃣️晚房费加停車、娛樂設施费超过$600 性價比不高⋯⋯”

“I love historic older buildings! The suite we paid for was more spacious than the photos showed. There were a few things about the cleanliness of the room like there was toothpaste on the wall and mirror from previous guests and also what looked like rubber glue. Also previous guests left sticky pancake syrup on one of the chairs when I sat down. Warm water got it right out of the chair with no staining but my pants were an issue. The towels in the room and the pool had a funky odor and the pool……

“Our two night stay was pleas. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable and the amenities were just what we needed. The hotel restaurant had a delicious brunch and good service. We will definitely be staying here again. ”

“The hotel is EXTREMELY not clean. There were bed bugs on our mattress and I got bitten badly. After we examined the mattress, we also noticed a huge stain at the end of the bed, couldn't tell if it's coffee or blood. The front desk assistant manager Sage was helpful in that she helped us get our payment back and moved us to the Hampton Court hotel next door after we reported the bed bug issue. But still--I have never lived in a hotel where there were bedbugs, even in motels that are $50 dollars……
