「I had an amazing stay. We were there for a family member’s funeral. Double Tree is always my go too hotel. My goodness, the cookies. Amazing. The staff in reception were absolutely incredible. I didn’t have breakfast there, it is not complementary, however that was fine and expected. I do however, try to dine in for dinner, and was told by the bar tender on site that there was 1 chef and it would take him a long time to accommodate us. We opted out and went elsewhere for dinner. 「Airport shuttle was excellent. We were able to leave our car at your hotel for 11 nights and the shuttle was on time to take us to the airport. Once we were back, we called to have the shuttle pick us up and bring us back to the hotel. We did not have to wait long and the gentleman that picked us up was very nice and friendly and thanked us for staying at your hotel. 」
